“The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and……

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel warm and inviting the moment we walked in. You can really tell the hosts put so much care into every detail. All the little touches throughout the space made our stay even more special. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. “We did not use the hot tub, but the house was wonderful and suited our needs wonderfully. It was clean and waiting for us when we arrived; everything was just as was shone in the pictures or stated online. We would use it again if we need another place to stay. It would be a great place for overflow if many relatives or friends were all in Omaha for the weekend and you need more space.”

“Terrible people own and manage this property. Prebroken hot tub cover was blamed on us after we opened the lid backwards one time, mind you with no difficulty, which would not be possible if it were not already broken. Also getting blamed for a red stain somewhere that nobody recollects any knowledge of whatsoever. Not saying it’s not possible but it’s a simple fix yet the owners/managers are making an unbelievable fuss over it. Was a wonderful stay until we left now they are being more than a……
