The hotel is beautiful and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. There is a night club beside the hotel and you will hear bass thumping all night until 3:00am when it stops so if you can’t sleep through noise then it is a problem to get sleep.
We really loved this hotel! The check in process was great and Jonny at the front desk was so helpful and nice! The rooms were extremely clean, bathroom was nice and spacious. Only complaint is they have a rooftop bar that’s pretty loud and active over the weekends, we were on the 6th floor so we heard the music in the middle of the night. Other than that everything was great! Casamara was also a great restaurant with good food and cocktails.
Excellent location. Close to many restaurants, bars and metro. Not for families since the night life at and near this establishment is quite active. Chic vibe.
We encountered issues during our stay, but a staff member named David made a sincere effort to turn things around. My best friend and I really appreciated that kind gesture. Staff like David are true assets to companies who want to maintain lifelong customers of their businesses, and I hope he is valued.
Rooms are clean and nice with good amenities. Lobby is not very inviting and staff, though pleasant, not very knowledgeable about surroundings. Bar was good and staff friendly
Quiet, clean and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Excellent central location. My only suggestion is to have better in-room coffee. It’s illy coffee pods and after threatening to vibrate off the counter- the machine spits out a meager little stream. Fortunately there’s a tatte merely steps away!
Great boutique hotel with a stylish vibe, excellent staff, and comfortable rooms. The bar scene was a standout and made the stay feel lively and memorable.
The staff was very friendly. It's a very popular place on the weekends for both guests and non-guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. The room stayed really cool even with nearly 100° heat that day. The front desk was attentive. I liked that they communicated a lot via text. We will definitely be staying here again.
