“We had a great experience with Grandpa’s Cabin. It was clean and inviting. The cabin had everything we needed to have the comforts of home, away from home. The lake was beautiful and there are row boats you can use. We forgot our fishing poles so I messaged the owner and asked if there were by chance any at the house before purchasing a few for the trip and she ran some over for us to use. Only about 20 minutes from South Haven. Would recommend. ”

“Communication was excellent, Cottage 5 was very clean and comfortable (we had 8 staying there). We did not cook or grill at the cottage, but we did use the fire pit, very comfortable. The lake access to Little Crooked Lake was close by (across a private road) & the sand beach area was clean & clear. ”

“Property was basically just steps from the lake. Quaint 50’s style cottage. Small bedrooms , small living space. Cute but very dated. Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. Notified host and brought to their attention the slipHazard in the tiled showed,and the broken bathroom sink. “I felt like I walked into a hallmark movie when we arrived. The house was stunning and adorable. We went to the grocery and cooked most meals in but the kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfy, linens were nice and loved having the extra beach gear. We had an amazing holiday week by the beach! ”

“The cottage itself was quaint and cuter than the pictures! We loved the decorating and felt it was very clean! Like everyone, I’m sure, we loved the screened in porch and the perfect view of the lake. We spent much of our time just soaking in God’s beautiful landscape! We rented the pontoon and enjoyed taking some swims in the lake to cool off. ”
