I rated this hotel very highly and we plan on staying here again!! I will say what looked like an excellent amenity at first glance, wasn't as great as we thought. We got charged 25 per day as a service charge or i guess you can think of it as a resort fee since you get wifi and you get use of their shuttle, if you are 1.5 miles away from your destination. I said great!! I didn't even know about the shuttle. That is awesome!! We tipped 10 bucks per ride and didn't realize till we checked our daily charges, that we are actually paying for it in the resort fee. The wi-fi I didn't even use. I thought i was saving money not having to get an Uber but not really. We got a terrace room with lots and lots of of seating! 2 loungers and 5 pc dining, as well as a firepit with Chairs. If i have to complain, it was the fact that the greenery out there was completely fried. Not taken care of at all. It was a nice set up though and convenient to get lots of light to do my makeup in the morning!! I would not, however book this room again. I'll look for a a more cost effective price option,. The staff is amazing and so very helpful and accommodating!! Erik gave us a very warm welcome and also took my husband on the shuttle. My husband said he was very personable and pleasant! We will be back!! Such a great location in the Gulch and so close to downtown!!

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from our check in service to holding our bags on our last day! In between, we had rides to places near the hotel and sound advice on where to eat and what to do! Our room was beautiful and unique!

While the hotel has a unique style and a nice atmosphere, our stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were quite small, especially for the price. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant long waits. We were also told by staff that the restaurant was open, but after making our way there, we found it was actually closed. That was frustrating, especially after planning around it. Complementary coffee station on our floor was also broken. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the action, but it was much noisier than we expected. Between the small rooms, service miscommunication, and the noise, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a fire alarm with a low battery that began emitting a loud, screeching beep in the bedroom every minute starting around 2:30 a.m. We called the emergency number and were told that no one was on-site to address the issue, and it would take some time for someone to arrive. The beeping stopped temporarily, so we canceled the late-night service call. About 30 minutes later, it started again and continued to interrupt our sleep. Needless to say, no one in our apartment got a good night’s rest. I hope the property will be more proactive about replacing smoke alarm batteries so future guests don’t have the same experience.
