The neighborhood was your average blue collar neighborhood-- everyone was nice and it was pretty quiet. “The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. ”

“Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!”

“I rented the house across the street and my brother rented the property at the lake. We rented the pontoon boat and everyone from kids to adults had a great time. Edgar is awesome to work with and very responsive. Just know that there are not seemingly any or perhaps few rentals in that neighborhood, so treat the place like it’s your neighborhood. Not a place to be hosting a rager or a place where the neighbors would have much tolerance for nonsense.”

“Close enough to enjoy all the fun things we wanted to do downtown. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely come back again!I would agree with the past comment’s cautioning about the stairs and the bathtub. The apartment is on the second floor with steep steps, and the shower requires standing inside a narrow tub which is very awkward. The spacious floor plan, well equipped kitchen, easy parking, and comfortable seating made our stay very relaxing.
