"I was very surprised that the room did not have a microwave. When I asked the Desk Clerk about it, I was told that some rooms did not have microwaves due to the full occupancy of the Hotel. That did not help me after I purchased two frozen snacks. I had a major issue with Expedia, when I asked to add one day to my reservation. When I called Expedia, I was unable to understand the agent and had to repeat my request and information over and over. I needed to use one letter at a time several times. As simple procedure took way too long. I will not use Expedia again."

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay in the gueen ocean view room. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and view was amazing. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel (it smelled amazing). The 1 member of staff we met was so sweet and welcoming."
