“Gorgeous area. Lots of deer sighting. Simple, clean, fun house. Quality-time things available to use inside and out. I love the bright colors they used in decorating. The photos don't do the rooms justice, especially the spacious Kitchen-dining-living room with its cozy pellet stove. “Great stay. Be aware that the closest town/grocery store is about 20-30 minutes away. We stopped on the way in so we were prepared. Cabin was absolutely amazing and the host are very thoughtful in case you are not 100% prepared they get you by until.you can stock up. 100% recommended for a little piece n quite. Snowed for Christmas which made it even better for the family. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and seeing the wild life roam.”

“I had been looking at rental cabins near the Royal Gorge for Memorial Day weekend and was about to book a place closer to Cañon City when this place showed up online. The pictures looked good and the location was very close to the main road toRoyal Gorge where other family members were staying. Four of us stayed in the cabin which was exceptionally clean and well appointed (it does not have a television as listed in the amenities, but the internet worked well (surprising given its location)...

“It was good. It was a little bit of pleasure along with Business. The pillows weren't that great and we really had a hard time figuring out how to use the microwave. Also, they do not have an oven when we travel we like to cook as much as we can, and wine glasses would be a plus if they had them, but other than that it was a very nice stay. “We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. So, we had to do some good cleaning once letting them back in and did not let them out back again. We only took them...
