Ideal location so close to Sandsend beach and had a lovely meal at The Stables, just down the road. Cannot fault a thing apart from the Wi-fi signal - at times there was no signal and had to search for areas in the house where we could pick one up (sometimes at the top of the garden) Just to note this wasn’t a problem last year when we stayed. The cottage was perfect for our needs and Pauline and Bob were very helpful. The kids loved feeding the alpacas! Easy walk to the park and ride to get a bus into Whitby, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful Sandsend to enjoy the beach. Beautiful rural location a short drive from Sandsend and Whitby. Local shops within walking distance. Spacious accomodation with lovely garden and welcoming hosts living next door. There were 6 of us staying and had plenty of space for us although we were lucky to have great weather so we could use the garden as well.
