"We were there for 3 nights.The clerk at the desk was most accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, quiet except for the last night when our neighbor had the TV on all night. Location was convenient for Lassen Nat'l Park and the necessities in town were sufficient."

"Very close to Bruney falls and grocery stores. There are not a lot of places to eat. Luckily there was a Safeway! "

"It was a nice comfortable place to stay prior to going to Lassen Volcanic National Park. While not any eating amenities to speak of nearby, there is a store where you can purchase items to heat in the microwave. Staff lady was friendly."

"This was second time of breezing through the area and needing an overnight spot. I know I will return, with the easy self-check-in, the place overall is kept in good condition (outside, hard to do in the nature setting, making upkeep more challenging)...the rooms, I have stayed in, have been great. Had everything needed and in working condition and bed was comfy. Thanks for another good nights stay. "

"Cute little rooms. I believe its 3 different inns/motels. We stayed at Charm. Room was tiny for us. But comfortable. The AC unit worked great. We had a parking spot right outside the room. The bathroom was a good size. Nothing else to do around. There are 3 restaurants. A steakhouse, Chinese, and Mexican. We drive up to river falls for dinner. "

"Really really appreciate the sole feature that they allow your dog to stay in the air conditioned room whilst you enjoy the 100 degree weather on the lake. Will def be returning. Thank you thank you. "

"We had a great experience staying in this unit! It is super close to Simpson University and just a short drive to downtown. A great spot if you're looking to do some weekend wine tasting! Everything was very clean and the pull out couches (2) were perfect. "
