“The condo was great for us. The layout was good, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bath had all the essentials. The condo is well- maintained and very clean. It’s a great home base for exploring down town Greenville. The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location of the property couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I wanted to see as much of Greenville as possible and we didn’t move our car until we left. We walked everywhere and saw the Riverwalk, went to a baseball game and ate at some great restaurants. The condo was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed!”

“This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list.”

“My husband, Daughter and I stayed at "Our Happy Place" for a long weekend for a family celebration. We absolutely loved the condo. It was clean from top to bottom. We enjoyed the view and spending time on the porch. We will rent again in the future.”

“As others have said, the condo is very spacious and clean and looks brand new. Very close to downtown and everywhere we needed to go in the area. The only negative and it wasn’t that big of a deal was the kitchen is very bare bones with not a lot of staples (such as no bottle opener). Would definitely recommend”

“We drove 12 hours to Seneca for the NCAA Regional baseball tournament hosted by Clemson. The baseball field was 5 min. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo was perfect. Caden was AWESOME! His prompt communication was a 10!!! We needed to stay an extra night. Caden got right back to me and made it happen. My daughter realized she left her wallet 3 hours into our trip home. I contacted Caden, they found it and immediately mailed it back with everything still inside. If you do anything in Clemson, this...

“Property is great. And in a wonderful location! The only problem i had was the electricity had an issue one day and i didn't have wifi or a working washing machine or tv or lights working in the bedroom. They fixed it. But it took several hours.”
