“We have stayed 5 times at APATB. This condo was the best of all. The owners made the checking in and out seamless. Promptly addressed any questions or concerns (needed an extra pool pass). Everything that you could ask for was available for use. We definitely recommend and hopefully we will be able to rent again next year.!”

“Easy access to a public beach that is never crowded. A large pool on the property and soundside access perfect for kayaking/paddleboarding. The property manager on site is a hoot and will do whatever he can to make your stay better. ”

“This was a last minute vacation and hadn’t booked through VRBO before, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Room was clean, any questions we had were answered promptly, and we loved it. The beach was beautiful and just steps away. With all the units in the complex we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Had a wonderful time!”

“Great location right on the beach. Property was perfect for me for the week! Comfortable bed. Nice little extras provided...dish and hand soap, paper towels, beach vibe-shampoo and conditioner! Kitchen had everything I needed for my stay! Location is close to a few great restaurants, grocery store, and parks. Fort Macon is just a few minutes away. Happy I chose to stay here!”

“The location was just as described, the beach was just over the dune! Nice and quiet. We were there to visit our kids so it was a perfect place for us to stay after a long day. Only thing I would mention is that there is no closet space or drawers for clothes. Minor for the two of us, who hasn't lived out their suitcase once or twice. Would recommend for anyone looking for a super close spot to the beach at a good price!”

“My husband and I stayed here with our oldest kid back in October of 2022. We enjoyed it so much we came back this April for a short kid-free getaway. Place was exactly as last time! Ground level, easy entry, clean room, etc. We enjoyed our short trip! The fish biting was a bonus! ”
