“Very nice new and comfortable hotel and rooms.
Excellent breakfast and nice lively bar.
Location close to Marina is very nice and close to historic center and waterfront within walking distance.
Staff not very engaging but OK.
Strange parking policies, parking spaces on the property are "valet" while there are plenty free spaces especially in the off season so it is very empty at the hotel parking and full at the free public parking.”

“Great peaceful getaway — even better in warm weather!I stayed at Adam’s property over Thanksgiving with my dog, and Adam was a wonderful host. He communicated quickly and was very helpful throughout the stay. The grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and the chickens were a fun and quiet surprise.
