“Comfy beds, cold AC, great stay!”

“Our hosts, James and Gail, are so lovely. They really care about their guests experience and I felt they truly cared about our experience. It’s a gorgeous home that they have decorated meticulously, and made so comfortable for guests to enjoy. The bed was super comfy and the room cozy. The bedding and towels were soft and top notch. They didn’t skimp on anything. Gail is a great cook and provided homemade food, snacks, and drinks. Some items came from her garden. James is a master with sound and……

“Very comfortable stay. Good bed, soft linens. Cute home! Biggest issue was with a dog that barked 90% of the day that lives just below this house. This might not be a huge problem if you’re gone during the day, but as a traveling nurse who was planning on booking this place again, I couldn’t stay here if I was working night shifts and I needed to sleep during the day.”

“Everything about this stay was perfect. Communication with the host was incredible - Alice was truly kind and lovely. The cabin was perfect and easy to find. Clean and so comfortable. Warning to dog people - the neighborhood is 20% people 80% cats. My dog was going bananas!!!”

“Great property and house set up. Fit all of our needs and accommodations for our family of 3. Love that the there are two doors to access the house via the provided house code. Fenced in property made us feel safe and secure. Every detail was well thought out in the kitchen and bathrooms: amenities were well provided in case you forgot something. WiFi had a healthy and strong signal - no complaints there. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to our host.”

“Everything was great with the property! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much. When we have occasion to return to Roseburg we will look for this place first. I only marked “communication” as 3 stars because I didn’t have the need to communicate with the host. Lovely little house and quiet neighborhood.”

“We only had one night to stay here but it is one we would definitely stay at again. It was clean, bright, stocked with everything needed (no oven or range top but did have a toaster oven). It was very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs and very charming. We really enjoyed our quick visit. The only thing that could be an issue was there was a lot of steps to get down to the house which could be an issue for those with any mobility problems. The steps light up as you use them at night which was……

“I loved the mother in law unit with supplied kitchen, microwave, frig., etc, etc. The host is vary gracious and friendly. A quiet stay is why I really like it.”

“Beautiful flat! We loved our time there”

“What a clean and comfortable apartment! It is so beautifully decorated in a classic movies theme. Every detail is taken care of to ensure you have all you need for a perfect stay, from the luxury bedding and towels to the complimentary toiletries! The kitchen is well-equipped including keurig coffee. There is a lovely porch to enjoy the view overlooking Roseburg. We had a question and the owner responded immediately! We definitely recommend this place!”

“What a great space. By far the beat we have ever had. While the down town is a bit rundown, the apartment is amazing and the restaurant across the street is 5 star and the candy shop up the street is awesome.”

“Absolutely lovely little gem in the woods. Next time I hope to stay more than one night. For light sensitive people, there is a skylight over the bed and an early morning sunrise means seriously bright light.”

“The Ranch was everything you could ever want and more it was the most quiet and peaceful night my wife was over the moon with the cows there definitely will be more stays in the future”

“First and foremost, we did not want to leave!!! The view of the stars thru the bedroom dome was incredible. The cottage was quit and had everything we needed. We saw one person in five days.... Only 1.3 miles from Heaven on earth Restaurant and that is all we needed for meals..... Best bakery with homemade cinnamon rolls, banana bread, and coffee cake. All meals made you feel you were eating moms home cooking....10 min from casino if desired, we attended a wedding in Myrtle creek, everything was……

“Cookie sheets for kitchen would be the only thing we needed throughout the stay. If you are looking for a place to disconnect, this is the place to book!”

“This place is exactly like the pictures everything there was needed. House had everything that we needed. I still give this place five stars. The only negative is when we got there the yard and weeds needed some attention.”
