“Excellent customer service, so friendly. Easy check-in, updated rooms, new lighting, furniture, beds..., oh, the bed was so comfortable that I called weeks after our stay to find out what brand it was. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. Affordable, quiet, walking distance to food and fuel. ”

“I had to plunge my own toilet when I first checked in, The TV would come on by itself in the middle of the night, noticed when I checked in there was a dirty sock on the floor beside the nightstand. It was still there when I left two days later and housekeeping had been there.”

“As soon as we walked into the hotel, I noticed how clean it was. The lodge is designed perfectly, inside and out!! Staff was very kind and helpful, food was great, rooms were clean. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone coming out to Mitchell, SD!”
