“We came into town for one night to attend a concert at the Corn Palace and were looking for someplace to stay that was clean and on the less costly side. The Thunderbird Lodge hit both marks! The room was clean and well maintained and the staff was lovely. I would highly recommend a stay at this motel!”
“The pillows were the smallest pillows, ive ever seen in a hotel. The beds were not made properly and the floor did not look like it had been vaccumed. The room smelled like a wet dog. The breakfast was awful; juice was water down, eggs were mostly water and the biscuits were hard will the gravy super runny. The worst days inn I've ever stayed in!”
“Do NOT and I repeat, Do NOT stay at this place. It stunk, incense and it was so strong that it woke me up! The shower release didn’t work, so I had to get dressed and go down to the lobby. The front desk person came back to the room with me, looked at the shower and went to get a hammer to turn the shower on! Had to use a HAMMER! Now, how many travelers carry a hammer?
The outside door, which was supposed to be locked, was never locked!
Saw some mattresses laying against the windows.
