"Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mostly good. Wasn’t crazy about the potato cakes but biscuits and gravy was good. Had fresh fruit as an option. Bagels and pastry if you wanted that. Eggs were ok. Orange juice was really good. Check out was easy. Would stay there again if going through the area."

"We had a long drive followed by really long meetings yesterday. We grabbed a quick glass of wine at the bar and just decided to eat-in and hit the hay early. We chatted with the bartender through our meal and went right to bed. Our room was freezing because the AC actually worked and we were out by 9:00. That only happens when all things feel calm, clean, and comfortable which the Cambria supplied. We will stay here again in coming months versus several other hotels in Columbia. Great value and consistent delivery on their objective."

"My rooms was very clean and the staff was very friendly they had some maintenance going on which caused some delay but the staff was very understandable and didn’t charge extra, i can definitely see the vision for when the maintenance and upgrades are finished. only thing I didn’t like was the area of the parking lot would 10/10 recommend "

"The inside what extremely clean and well maintained. Pool needed some maintenance and maybe some umbrellas for shade. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating after a small delay with a fridge that didn’t work but they came and swapped it and after that there were no problems. We enjoyed our little stay-cation and will definitely book again. "

"The location looks as if it needs to closed. The parking lot was torn up and had lots of pot holes with parts of it taped off with caution tape.The rooms were extremely dirty. We had to ask to be switched to another room, due to the fact that it was so dirty. After being switched to another room it was just as dirty as the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. Walls were splattered with unknown substances and drawn on with markers. Nats were flying around in the room. Bathroom walls were filthy and the door was damaged and wouldn't close. Dirty sink and mirrors. The hair dryer fell off the wall. The room was dusty with cob webs. The wall sockets weren't working and if they did you were almost shocked plugging in anything, majority of the lighting didn't work in the room. Holes in the wall. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor and froze everything whether you wanted frozen or not. We weren't told of the complementary breakfast. Front desk staff were very unprofessional in attitude and attire."

"Room electronic looks did not work well in my room. Had to keep getting a new key card and finagle the card for 5 minutes or so to get in . Every time. Amazing staff and nice rooms"

"Carrie, the front desk employee was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get a room. Spite a few obstacles, she helped us with no hesitation. I think she definitely deserves to get a raise!!! When i asked for an extra blanket for the pull-out couch... i told her i would come back down in a few minutes to grab it from her! She brought it straight up to our room!!! She goes above and beyond. I also saw her giving every guest the same extraordinary service. Thank you! We will be coming back for certain! Please dont take the hot tub out of room 218!!!! 😫 "

"The best motel swimming pool EVER ! Friendly helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast , clean room , comfy king bed, very reasonable pet fee 25.00 Per night. I highly recommend this place for families visiting Fort Jackson. Easy access to Gate 4"
