"This is a fantastic property. The condo is very well equipped and large enough for our family of five to not be on top of each other. Bill provides a ton of outdoor toys for the beach and pool. The property is amazing the snorkeling outside the lagoon is great and the pool with the bar/restaurant is outstanding. We walked to dinner every night and loved XQs the most! We also dive with Living the Dream (outstanding) and did the stingray tour with captain marvin (also great). Highly recommend this condo."

"We loved this apartment!! It was so clean and I had so many windows!! The location was great!! A quiet neighborhood and yet stores, restaurants and all you need are close. Smith Cove is a perfect beach for swimming, the water is so calm and beautiful. I cannot wait to return and stay here again!!"

"Absolutely amazing condo! We loved walking in from exploring everyday and having the spectacular ocean view. The condo had top of the line finishes and was very luxurious. Location was convenient to many popular restaurants. The water directly in front of the condo has some coral to get through, but water shoes took care of that problem. We also used the lagoon next door for relaxing in the water and great snorkeling. The beach in front of the condo is very nice and we enjoyed the privacy. We have zero complaints and would come back here in a heartbeat!"

"Stayed in 2 bdrm, 2bth unit with our 2 teenage boys. Great location. Clean, quiet with very well maintained grounds, amd all necessities needed for a week vacation in unit. Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers! Walking distance to camana bay center. Highly recommend "

"We were very happy with the Vrbo. Cocoplum was close to many restaurants and activities. A shower drive from airport and Georgetown. Clean, comfortable, oceanfront. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also the wreck of the gamma close to shore, which is excellent for snorkeling right off the beach acccessed from the property. "

"We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! It was upscale, clean, had all the amenities you could want, and we felt so at home. The condo complex had a great pool, hot tub, and was of course right on the beach! Could not have asked for a better stay at Grand Cayman here! We will be back for sure!"

""Tatenda" is an incredibly beautiful property. The outside is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. The pool is the perfect size & very clean & the patio provides a wonderful extension to the living space. The house also has immediate private access to the white sand beach.The house itself is very well appointed with all the amenities of a home away from home. The living space is large open and inviting and suited our large group of family and friends perfectly. Communication with the property owner prior to our arrival was outstanding. Kathy often provided all the answers to our question before we'd had a chance to think of them! Grand Cayman is a lovely island with the chance to do all sorts of activities. Kathy gave us a great overview of everything and was very quick about answering any questions we had.I can't recommend this property highly enough!Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us."

The little studio apartment was certainly small, but the kitchenette had pretty much everything we needed to cook (other than a cutting board, which would have helped) and the room was really as expected. What we didn't expect was having access to the ocean via a little dock, where we could get in to snorkel. Amazing! Plus, Millicent, the property manager, ws kind and helpful. "
