We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, although it felt a bit dark even with all the lights on, and it was a little warm inside, so we had to open the window to get a better breeze. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of many restaurants and convenience stores, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great selection of delicious food, making it the perfect way to start the day before exploring. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed ,great Customer Service from the staff It’s very near to the old town. Everything is in nearby distance excellent for traveling to nearby to places the train station is so near, the breakfast is amazing.

Prefer full buffet type of breakfast instead of semi serve type breakfast since not enough staff at peak hours. The variety of breakfast has to be upgraded to match the relative high cost of the room. However hotel location is really very convenient. No shuttle bus service to and from airport despite this is the selling point in the Hotels.com website.
