The service was zero we book 4 rooms for family day and 3.45 they said room is not ready but when you want to pay more we can upgreat your room we wasn’t happy at all

The check-in time was longer than expected as there was only 1 staff member responding to clients. While I appreciate that it is low season, a conference was in town and I was both surprised and disappointed by the wait time. Valet staff were very nice, but required a 30-minute advance notice/text. ...

Room was dated, but clean. The remote for the TV didn't work. I took it to front desk, but they were unable to resolve. Tough because we were trying to watch the Olympics, and were unable to in our room. Parking was expensive.
