Don’t get any better

The hotel is new and clean. We spend time in the pool overlooking the ocean. The only thing we disappointed is that the location of the beach is the best.

This resort was beautiful and very relaxing. I was worried about eating all our meals here but the food was quite good and there was a great variety of choice. The two managers (owners?) were exceptional in helping us with all of our complicated travel and also helped me to get to the pharmacy for some ear drops. The dining room staff, while competent, were pretty quiet -- not sure if it was due to language barrier, but by far the least interactive staff of all my travels in southeast Asia. ...

Stayed for a few nights for a short island getaway. The chill is great because it is near some great food and bars. The view of the sunset was great and perfect way to relax. Room was big and quiet. Pool in good condition and the breakfast was awesome.

This Outstanding villa has a private pool and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I will book again when I return to koh Chang.

This is a beautiful oasis in Koh Chiang. The staff is wonderful, the food amazing and the accomdedations lovey and well appointed. The resort is right on the beach, sunsets are stunning! The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time, Thd staff goes out of their way to meet your every need. PJ and Bee are perfect examples of staff that care that your stay is a memorable experience! A plus ! Thank you.

This location was great and on the more relaxing side of Koh Chang. I wish we would have found it earlier because the hosts were amazing, the view was great, and the individual rooms were very nice.

It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location of hotel is amazing in a good area. Many restaurants and shops all around . The Staffs were polite and helpful.

Superior staff service, excellent food, beachfront location with sandy shallow beach. Matress was a bit firm for my taste. Would highly recommend resort to all.

This is our third visit, we came all the way from the U.S. Love the beachfront villa as it is beautiful, modern and clean. The resort is conveniently located near restaurants, 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and massage places, all just within walking distance. Breakfast was the best, it has variety of options. The beach is beautiful and clean. Staffs are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this place again.

My family and I enjoyed every moment staying in Sylvan hotel room. Service was perfect, and staff was very helpful. Variable breakfast food and outstanding dining area. Privet beach is very clean and hotel staff provides kayak service on the beach, so you can watch see life and make a beautiful pictures. I would love to be back one day.

Staff was very professional and warm, greeted us at arrival, told us everything we needed to know and was happy to answer all questions. Rooms were spacious, with pool access out of the room being the highlight, great big bathroom with showers/massive tub. I don't want to knock the place down any stars as my only complaint was extremely smalls ants on the desktop that I noticed after check in, the room is on a tropical island with tons of insects everywhere so I don't think much can be done...
