This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

The location is perfect. If you get a city view, the view is absolutely stunning. The room was very large, modern and well appointed; really exceptional for the price. Breakfast was good, the buffet could be improved somewhat.

The hotel is newly opened and very modern. Self check in/out system and the rooms are like mini modern apartments with cookers. Washing machine. Refrigerator. A bit TV. Suitable for short stays whether on business or leisure. The Japanese buffet breakfast was lovely. But if that’s not for you. There’s a great bakery in the foyer too....

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room at the amenities that were included. This was a perfect location, 5 minutes.Walking distance to chinatown and the Port.
They have a beautiful rooftop Lounge and a bar in lounge on the twelfth floor A very friendly staff. However , make sure they understand what you're asking. I asked about evening entertainment in the area and was told there wasn't any only to find out later that this is the The jazz capital of Japan. There are several jazz...

I think that the property is pretty new or updated. We were just disembarking from a 15 day
cross Pacific
Cruise trip. My first task was getting my
laundry done. The hotel has provided the facility to satisfy me.
