Great hotel- newly renovated and tastefully decorated!

We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!

David and Julie are consummate hosts! I altered my departure plans because I didn't want to miss one of Julie's breakfasts! Our room was magnificent, clean and so comfortable. They were very attentive but super cool and laid back at the same time. The house itself is a gem. Location is perfect and the pool is the cherry on the sundae! We can't wait to return!

Communication by the owners/management was great! Even a late night question about parking was answered immediately. Place was clean, steps from the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway!

This is a wonderful restoration of a 1905 home. The staff is awesome and makes the stay really enjoyable. The floors creek but the bed is comfortable and the breakfasts gourmet quality. Bikes are available, there is a pool and hot tub, plenty of parking. It is a wonderful escape from the standard hotels. We loved it. And we met a lot of really nice visitors as well. Great place that we will return to.

Great location right in the beach! Older , retro style motel but very well kept and renovated! Breakfast is simple sweets and muffins but the coffee is quite delicious and fresh! Staff were very helpful and friendly! We will come back when it’s warm enough to use the beautiful pool!

The grounds and lobby were very nice. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that start out this way and them the rooms do not measure up. This WAS NOT the case here. We opened the door to an immediate wow factor. The layout was great and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable but most importantly...QUIET!!! I love Home2 Suites. Lots of room and the kitchenettes are always well stocked with supplies. A nice way to say extra money. Breakfast is always a great start to your day.

We had a truly wonderful time during our three day stay. The staff was always there and always helpful. The happy hour was so much fun. We met so many people and had so many wonderful conversations on that "happy hour" deck overlooking the ocean. The staff was always there to meet your every need - and the unlimited, complamentry beer/wine/snacks during happy hour was way beyond expectations. The only negative thing in the entire stay was the bed. I think the matress came over on the Mayflower....

I loved this hotel, it was our first time to Amelia Island. We have two small kids, ages 5 and 2. Everyone had a blast. Property is awesome. As always the customer service at a Ritz Carlton is above and beyond. The location is great, short drive or uber ride in to downtown. Beach feels secluded. I absolutely loved our stay! It was above and beyond our expectations!! I wasn’t sure how it would be but I can honestly say I would stay here every time I visit Amelia Island! It was so clean, comfortable and very nice! They provided everything you could possibly need with toiletries and gave us a gift of water bottles and travel info upon arrival. Attractive building located in the heart of historic district and the marina with several nice restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Suite had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Saw a beautiful sunset over the eater the night we stayed there.

After extensive research, we choose the Williams House in Fernandina Beach and stayed for one week, January 15 thru 22, 2017. Since this was our first experience of B&B, we were somewhat apprehensive before arriving there. But our worry promptly vanished and enjoyed an exotic atmosphere and wonderful treatment which were clearly much different from the regular hotels. I don’t know who hires the staff, but they know what they’re doing. Every single person was awesome. They’re helpful and very friendly. Only complaint is the same with any high end hotel. You’re quoted and pay in advance for your stay. They also tell you what you will have to pay at the hotel. It was twice as much, and we didn’t do anything to cause the increase.

Stay was excellent. We’ve stayed here before and never been disappointed. The check in is always so easy and we had an oceanview from our room. The Inn is remodeling and it looks great. We will be back.
