I was there 14 minutes and checked back out immediately! The staff was friendly and helpful and canceled my reservation. Room was way too small, no fridge or microwave for my baby's milk and bottle. It did not fit my needs and they were full and could not move me so they canceled for me But Expedia would not refund my money! So, I paid for a room that I never slept in

Stopped here for one night while passing through. The positives: great price, good location (easy on/off the highway), nice staff. The could be betters: we checked into our room late. It was pretty rough, very dirty curtains and funky smell. Also no bathroom light. Went back to desk to let them know as bathroom was not usable without light. Said we’d have to switch rooms but to take our towels bc there was a towel shortage. We did. Second room was better smelling and less gross but hand towels (no bath towels so good advice to bring them from the first room) and washcloths were stained/dirty and unusable. We were on second floor and people in room above us stomped around literally all night so none of us slept a wink. Hallway smelled of pot. Some dude walking through hotel barefoot. Just didn’t seem too sanitary overall but fine for 10 hours if you’re trying to save a buck for the night.

The room was dirty when we got there. Urine in the toilet, hair in the tub, used towels on the floor, the bed obviously slept in. I called and let them know, to be fair they came and cleaned it.. sort of. The tub still had hair in it, and the paperwork meant for the previous guests was still in the room and a stink bug was still on the dresser. Add to this we had to go somewhere else and wait, after driving… to come back to it still not done. Basically it tainted the entire experience. If this is their room cleanliness.. how is the breakfast part? Hard pass- we left early in the morning. Definitely not worth the drive or money.

Figuring out how to watch the TV was way too difficult as there are no guides or instructions furnished. The room we had needed a little maintenance. The room door and bathroom door were difficult to open and close, a situation where the housekeeping staff should have reported long ago. The elevator was particularly overworked, noisy and due to the hotel being fully occupied, the wait times were lengthy.
