I wish you could have seen the look on my husband’s face when we walked into the breakfast buffet! He was (we both were) absolutely delighted every morning by the quality and variety of the food. The staff was thoughtful, helpful, and fun to talk with and even brought us champagne when they learned it was our honeymoon. Convenient walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

this hotel is right by the train station so that was an added bonus BUT a little far from the city. Super clean, friendly staff overall a great stay. Only downside was that it was located on a busy ONE WAY street so during peak hours it could be hard to leave/ get to the area if traveling by taxi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Golden Five-Star Stay in Florence We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo Florence. Everything about the hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly located. It was extremely convenient for exploring Florence, a city we completely fell in love with for its people, its beauty, and the incredible history that seems to be waiting for you on every block. What truly made our stay special, though, was the people. A very special thank you to Piero, the restaurant host, who made us feel genuinely at home away from home every morning at breakfast. His warmth, kindness, personality, and attention made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. For our family, Piero deserves a golden five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We also want to recognize the wonderful front desk staff. Every day, they took the time to ask whether we needed fresh water or anything else to make our stay more comfortable. These may seem like small gestures, but that level of thoughtfulness and attention is exactly what turns a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We always felt that the staff genuinely cared about our comfort. Florence completely captured our hearts, and having such a welcoming hotel to return to after exploring the city made the experience even more special. The room was great quiet, and location close to train station. The breakfast was amazing and offered a lot. Staff friendly. Only complaint is that the tub/ shower is poorly designed in that the shower glass protector is only half the tub and not the half that has the showerhead! By the time I’d finished my shower with trying to keep the showerhead pointed toward the front where the door was, I had a swimming pool on the floor of my bathroom and had to use all the towels to sop it up. Maybe they expect you to only take a bath? Everything else was great.
