"Hotel is very modern and clean. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful with storing my luggage whilst I went to perform Umrah. The room was very nice. Only negative I can say is that the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so when I would use the shower, there would be water on the floor. I had Iftar in the restaurant which was great and good value for money. "

and being greeted by all. Great rooms, comfy bed, good shower. The pool was excellent on a hot summer's day. Guest laundry was also very helpful. Only downside was, i think we were on a smokers floor which wasn't great. We had a kitchen in our room (as per booking). But no dishcloth, detergent or tea towel. After discussions with staff, we got a teatowel. Thank you for this. "
