Great service and staff
Only one line to check in when boarding. Watch employees standing or sitting doing nothing. Price cost me. $432.00 one way. Newark to Cak You got the best of me on that price. I hope United is happy
I was very disappointed with the in-flight movie system. My remote on the arm rest would not work. I asked the stewardess about it and he said that it didn't work and the Lego movie was on (which I didn't care to watch) and repeated after it was over :(
Overall good value!
I was disappointed that I had to pay for my bag.
Flight was delayed but staff members kept passengers updated very well
Checked bag fee is a bit obnoxious - but guess this is with all flights these days.
I did not like the main meal on the Newark-Lisbon flight and the Lisbon-Newark flight. It was food that I would never have ordered in a restaurant. I heard a lot of passengers complaining and not eating their food.
