“The room was dirty bedsheets filthy when asked for sheets to be replaced was told ok but no one never came had to go back up there again only to receive a attitude from front desk staff and be told to wait till tommrow so first night I had dirty sheets accidentally locked my self out of my room and front desk lady argued with me infront of other customers for 30 minutes and I had to basically watch YouTube to figure out a way to open the door the bar was closed the pool was closed it was a awful……

“The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!”
