Room had a nice sitting area with large couch and foot rest. Bar and food was convenient, and staff friendly. Whirlpool was very warm and clean as was the entire pool area. Highly recommend.

They did not remove snow from the entrances which made unsafe to exit or inter the hotel. The did not clean the room every day as others do. They only offer to change towels. Staff is nice but lazy. Many customers complained about the snow
