The Economy seats are so tiny. Really sort of ridiculous.

We walked 4 mi to gate A23 from gate C to get to Lufthansa only to find out we passed the gate we should be at, gate. A 12 or something and had to turn around and go all the way back.. if we did not inquire at the counter of A23 instead of waiting in line, we would have missed our connecting Lufthansa flight. at gate A12 or something. Too much exercise w/heavy carryon.

I was expecting a budget horror show after reading other reviews. But the whole process went smoothly. Food and entertainment were lowballed, but easily upgraded. The seats were tight but not horrific for a price 50-75% lower than other airlines I checked. I couldn’t have afforded this trip otherwise. Yes, it was a cattle call scene at the gate, but I got from point A to B safely and with only a 10-minute delay. It did help to check in online and show up early at the departure counter to drop baggage and have travel documents checked. And I did factor in a leisurely 90 minute layover for my connecting flight out of Frankfurt after reading the reviews. All in all, by adding time buffers before each flight, it was a stress free experience.

Distance between connecting gates was short. Big relief.
