"Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2\. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think."

I had contacted the hotel to ask about this before I left and they told me it was right at the airport. We had to walk toward the medical center and it was the only hotel shuttle that went to that area. The guy at the desk was not very friendly when we checked in. "

"I reached out to the hotel before my stay because my flights got cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East. I was aware the booking was non-refundable and simply asked whether any goodwill solution might be possible. Unfortunately, I never received any response from the hotel at all. The lack of communication is disappointing. If I had known this beforehand, I would likely have chosen a hotel with reception service, something to consider before booking."

"Great hotel for overnight stays when transiting thru Frankfurt. The hotel is very close to the airport, although there is no shuttle, an uber cost us 15€ to get to the hotel and 11€ to get to the airport. It is also close to Gateway Garden S Bahn stop, about 10’ walk, which can take you to the airport and into the centre of Frankfurt in about 15’. The rooms are very nice, great beds, good shower. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. "
