Room we had was great and staff was helpful also well as the bar/restuarant staff with good food / drink selections.. NOTE: the pool and jacuuzi were nice but kids were in town which crowded the jacuzzi areas which made it difficult to relax.

When you're checking in, no one assists in opening the door for you, it's a pull door, and it's quite hard to pull when both hands are carrying luggages. No bellman service, for this price wasn't expected. The room was not properly cleaned. The carpet was dirty and stained with lots of gray hair ...

Clean room, easy check in. However breakfast at the Coronado Cafe was not very good! Food was cold, sausage did not have a good taste. Just because the price is fair I would rather pay more and have better tasting food.

My card reader didn’t work. Had to go down to front desk three times. Paid for a king size bed and got a room with a queen size bed. Then was told by the manager. They use European style beds. I will never go back again!!
