If you book an ocean view room, it is quite the walk up to your room. The rooms have been nice and clean. There are a lot of steps. Everything has been clean. There are a lot of birds around the buffet and sometimes actually in the food in the buffet. The pools are very nice and clean and warm. The beach workers have been trying to keep the seaweed cleaned up. No one comes on the beach to sell you things. Garth and Marvin do have an excursion stand, they are not pushy about selling excursions and have been helpful about answering questions. There are plenty of beach chairs and pool chairs. There are two beach towels in your room to start. We also appreciate the guest experience manager, Kemlin Charles who was helping us when we forgot our personal items in the room's safe box. Kemlin took time to ship our item back to the US after we checked out the hotel. Many things to list. We definitely be back and stay in Cocobay resort longer in a near future.
