Booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms air conditioner don't work. It's summer so it's super hot and stuffy air. Can't sleep! They end up put a fan in a room and no fan for another. Day 2, they said they fixed it but obviously its not so 2 nights in a row no air conditioning. Super disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. (That's what they charge and claim on their website) finally they moved us to another 2 rooms after a serious negotiation and get 2 nights refund. One of the morning we had breakfast at their restaurant, it was 9.30am and they said scrambled egg is finished. However, their breakfast time won't finish till 10.30am. A lot of guests are upset about that, so i talked to the hotel manager and requested scrambled egg. After 10min, they serve scrambled egg again and I saw at least 10 more guests come in between 9.30am and 10.30am. How can a 4 star hotel told guests scrambled egg is finished far from breakfast end time?! We have no bath gel in our shower, instead, they put 2 shampoos. Not refill our box tissue. One day one of us not feeling well and rest at hotel, when she felt better and leave the room at 3pm, she told the front desk they can make the room but they said housekeeping already gone home! Interesting! Not sure how they got their 4 stars. I won't recommend anyone to stay there. The only positive part of the hotel is the location, it's close to Plaza Cataluna. Very convenient. But there are a lot of choice in that area value for money.

10/10!! This apartment was absolutely just like home. So spacious, clean, modern, a separate living room and dining area with a tv loaded with all of the streaming apps, offered free washers and dryers with free laundry detergent. Had a full kitchen, with all utensils included, including a cleaning kit. Great WiFi! A nice balcony. Omg, the beds were SO VERY comfortable! I had a great sleep! The metro just a few steps outside of the building. A super cool website dedicated to everything you need to know about your apartment, including check-in/check-out process, instructions with videos on how to work washers and dryers, local dining, etc. Plus quick responses when we needed anything! A convenience store and pharmacy just next store. And we felt very safe in the area. We have already talked about booking this very same hotel again when we return with our family next year. Perfect for families, kids, couples, friends, everyone! Truly amazing experience.

This is a hidden gem in Barcelona. The facilities are amazing and located with amazing views. The staff are super nice and proactive in making things easy and smooth. Thanks to the management and the team for a wonderful stay.
