La struttura è in una buona posizione, ben dotata di tutto, è pulita, il personale cortese, il ristorante ottimo. Tuttavia, essendo la struttura formata da due resorts uniti da una lunga passerella, i clienti che sono ospitati nella struttura remota sono costretti a percorrere mediamente 8 volte il lungo percorso per raggiungere la lobby, il ristorante, ecc. Alloggiare nella parte remota è stato per me molto negativo e spiacevole ed ha annullato il piacere dei tanti aspetti positivi della struttura. Se avessi saputo prima che sarei stato alloggiato nella struttura remota non avrei sicuramente scelto questo Hotel.

This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

The staff can’t do enough for you, they accommodated my wife’s dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back.
