Vacaciones todo incluido en Riviera Turca

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

Très grosse déception. Nous avons réservé le Crystal Tat Beach Pearl Collection à Serik/Belek pour 3 nuits, en pensant séjourner dans un hôtel 5 étoiles tel qu'il était présenté sur Hotels.com. Malheureusement, une fois sur place, la réalité est très différente de ce qui était présenté sur le site et sur les photos de réservation. L'établissement nous a donné une impression générale de vétusté et de manque d'entretien. La chambre et notamment la salle de bains sont très loin du standing que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel présenté comme 5 étoiles : joints très sales avec des traces importantes de moisissure, finitions vieillissantes, équipements anciens et mobilier fortement daté. Les équipements extérieurs sont également très usés. Certaines chaises longues sont dans un état particulièrement médiocre, avec des structures et revêtements très abîmés. La télévision et une grande partie du mobilier donnent également une impression d'un établissement pas entretenu depuis de nombreuses années. Le problème principal est surtout l'écart considérable entre ce qui est présenté lors de la réservation et ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant. Les photos utilisées pour présenter l'établissement donnent une impression qui ne correspond absolument pas à notre expérience sur place. Concernant la restauration, nous avons également été extrêmement déçus par la qualité des repas! Expérience pitoyable. Nous avons quitté cela au bout d'1 nuit
