Funen All inclusive Vacations

We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning around 7am the garbage truck would be picking up garbage (not quiet) and albeit it is not in the control of the facility, this should be disclosed- especially for the price one pays to stay. The apartments are not air conditioned so having the windows open was necessary. There was only a compact fridge - like a mini fridge in the kitchen and I think from a design perspective a full size fridge would be more appropriate. There was one bathroom for three bedrooms (perhaps the nature of the floor plans), but the sills were severely water damaged and the cabinet drawers were extremely worn. Grout from the floor tile was missing as well. The carpet leading to the apartment from The foyer had not been vacuumed in some time and also worn. Ned’s were comfortable but the pillows needed attention . I have stayed at many apartment hotels, air bnbs, and hotels (from 4-5 star), so I have a fair benchmark of expectations. Staff excellent, property needs some tlc.

Excellent hotel. Clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Very good Spa

Comfortably away from city center but quite accessible by train, car. Classy boutique hotel in upscale neighborhood with very welcoming staff. Very reasonably priced.

Ett fantastiskt ställe, helt underbart, inte minst personal men också hela stället👌

Staff were very friendly and helpful, wine hour was a lovely extra, room was clean and had everything we needed
