On arriving, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming - and seemed very rushed. They gave me a site map and scribbled on directions to my room - which were in fact totally wrong, and sent me walking for 20 minutes to find my room. The whole site is very complex and is a maze of buildings and rooms with a bizarre numbering system. I was on second floor, no lift which isn't ideal with suitcases.
The room itself was clean, but dated and a bit tired. The shower was useless and A/C was just about enough. There was no shower gel, and a family of ants in the bathroom - but when I told reception, they were extremely prompt in dealing with it.
The pool looked nice enough - although I didn't use it. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was okay....I wouldn't stay here again, as there's better around. But it was fine, and if you go prepared you wouldn't be disappointed. Staff were generally a bit sombre and unfriendly, and seemed to forget people are on holiday for fun - however, the staff are very efficient.

"Thousands of Ants everywhere in the room including in the bed. The Queuing for a drink was ridiculous so we went to a local bar instead. Don’t get me started on the Sunbeds!!!!"
