This is a well appointed amazing hotel. I had no idea how large it was. It’s very efficiently run. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean The children’s pool with slides is perfect - we had my 2 year old granddaughter with us. Ricardos and Luzzo restaurants are particularly good. In both restaurants there are large well equipped children’s areas. We also liked the adults area especially the sky bar in the evenings and had a wonderful meal at Minoa restaurant on 11th floor with fab views over the bay. The outside area is safe and pleasant unlike many popular areas in Malta which are just shocking. AX hotel is expertly run and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this hotel

This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

Very much enjoyed our stay overall and the food options are great. The shows are also very good, but do not last for too long unfortunately. It's probably easier to discuss the negatives as there are so many positives... 1. The all inclusive stops at 11:30pm, as you have to pay for all drinks after this. 2. The beach area is very average, due to rocks, etc. 3. Sunbeds on the beach are a chargeable extra for the day. 4. Entertain is not very lively and ends early, so if you enjoy a dance, sing-song, etc., then you would need to head to Paphos centre. 5. If you have kids under 18 with you, you will have a different wristband to those without kids, so you will not be allowed to the over 18 area, even if you go over without your children. The hotel is amazing though and the food and drink options are unreal. The 50's style American diner is a nice touch too.

Charming place in a good location and easy to find, the rooms are neat and clean, the buffet is rich enough for everyone, the food is super delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Many concerts and performances for people, will never get bored here, almost everyone has a good time, the swimming pool is clean and the beach is beautiful. Will definitely visit this hotel again! Thanks to everyone who works there!
