Staff was very professional and room was clean. Breakfast was great. For a spa resort hotel, there were no mini fridge and room safe. Plus hotel amenities look aged.

From the moment we arrived till we departed the staff could not do enough to help you, the hotel is well situated for the transport network, to help foreign travellers the additional of room safes would be beneficial,

The rooms and carpets are very tired. The bed was comfortable and everywhere is spotless. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They had a broken gutter outside our window which was very annoying as it rained heavily, but we reported it and hopefully maintenance have now repaired it.
