“This hotel is an oasis from the bustle of Killarney. The room was very classy and spacious. Bedding was excellent and love that there was a down pillow. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Stephen is very friendly, excellent bar tender and server. Actually, all staff we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to National Park and about a 15-20 minute walk into city Centre.”

“We stayed here for a quick one night visit to Killarney. Location of this hotel is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on sleeping in a bit…. Housekeeping staff set up all cleaning carts and dirty laundry bags in the hallway and are talking loud to each other starting a little after 7am. Not considerate of sleeping guests. ”

“The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. “酒店不大，但是很有风格，而且也有电梯，这对前后住了两个没有电梯的酒店的我们来说非常重要，虽然电梯不大，但是小而温馨正是酒店的风格。我们一共订了三间房，每间房的装修都不一样，顶楼的房间空间更高。而且预订时以为是不包早餐的，到酒店后告知包含早餐，非常不错。”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. ”

“I enjoyed the quaint ambience very much. Our room was a generous size, which we appreciated. The staff were all delightful. We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping. My main suggestion is about food because I am Celiac and need gluten-free options. The options were limited, and I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room for food I keep with me because of the limited menu options I often am……

“Siamo rimasti solo due giorni ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è eccezionale: gentile, professionale e disponibile. Parcheggio agevole. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Ottimo il buffet della colazione, sia dolce che salata. Molto carina anche la palestra, pulita e bene attrezzata. Il centro dista 20 minuti a piedi.”
