“Beautiful rooms and grounds. Room service food did not have a cover so it got wet in the rain. Free breakfast was ok, nothing special.”

“Nice room and great breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room faced the street and the traffic and noise were very loud. There is a pub across the street. It was hot (No AC so had to leave the windows open) and the room had one lousy fan. I asked for a second and was given what I was told was the only available fan in the hotel. It worked better than the one in the room, so we were very glad to have it. If you stay here, book a room facing the courtyard.”

“We had a well appointed deluxe room with small fridge and air conditioning at this beautiful small hotel close to the Main Street. The bed was very comfortable, the whole hotel spotlessly clean and the area was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and outside seating. Breakfast was table service, tasty & served by very pleasant staff. There is a small well stocked bar for resident drinks. Reception was helpful and welcoming. There is a good range of restaurants close by for evening……

“Wonderful inn to stay in for the Ring of Kerry / Killarney”

“We booked two rooms for our family and our stay coincided with the heat wave. One was interior but had a/c and was quiet at night. The other was an upgraded suite but it did not have a/c so the only option for air flow was to keep the balcony door open. Sadly, the balcony opened to the hotel wedding reception area so our evenings were disturbed by music with heavy bass and chatter until 12:30am all nights of our stay.”

“Hotel reception and rooms were well maintained but outside of hotel, corridors and general layout really lets it down.”

“The only benefit is that the accommodation is near Killarney National Park - this is a dilapidated and outdated hotel. Staff were hardly to be found and other people staying there were rude and obnoxious. Children were running down the hall and banging on doors. The shower room was the worst and with no curtain, the water after the shower got everywhere.”
