disappointing stay after paying extra for a forest-view room I booked a forest-view room through Expedia and paid a premium for it. A standard room without that view was cheaper. When I arrived, I was given a first-floor room facing the back of shops. It felt like one of the worst rooms they could assign at that price. No one offered the forest view I had paid for. Room-service breakfast was also a letdown. It took almost an hour to arrive. I ordered eggs with a fruit cup; I got an omelette and no fruit cup. I asked for two cappuccinos with caramel. Both came cold and watery. One was supposed to have hazelnut; they said they were out and just gave caramel. Nothing was as ordered. At checkout I discovered extra charges I had not expected. After already paying more than $1,000 for two nights, they added about $285 in resort and parking fees. Those fees were not obvious when I booked. For the money, this stay was not worth it. If you are considering this property, I would look elsewhere.

Only problem was Edgewood Bistrô, I did book for speciql dinner out side and They seated people without reservations in a good spot, while we were placed next to the area where dirty dishes are collected.. i was so sad case was wedding anniversary…

The staff at the reception was not helpful. I booked a room with Expedia which said it had a separate seating area with a sofa but I was informed at the reception that the room did not have a separate seating area and there were only 2 chairs in the room. I asked them to give me a room which had a sofa and a separate seating area and they said if you want you need to pay additional for that. I booked something and I got something else which is not acceptable. Terrible experience !

Amazingly comfortable bed. Strong hot shower. Quiet property. Very close to the gondola. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, highlt recommended.
