The fire alarm was on late at night—1:45 a.m.! We needed to evacuate during our sleep. We walked to the ground-floor entrance and saw the fire trunk. After 20 minutes, the firemen walked out and we walked back to the building. The hotel staff didn't explain what had happened. When we returned to the room, we could still smell the burning smell!! No one explained what happened?!?!!?

I stayed here on the first day of my trip. The airport pick-up service was incredibly helpful. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Perth.

Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler
