Iceland All inclusive Vacations

The property is located close to all the main sites in Reykjavik (everything within walking distance). The apartment is furnished nicely and contains everything you need when using Reykjavik as your home base to explore the entire west coast of Iceland. Bonus, when staying at the Printing Press building, apartments 506-506 face the Sæbraut waterfront and have a balcony that has a partial view of the Sæbraut Waterfront (faces north). We were very fortunate to catch the northern lights on our first night in Reykjavik from our balcony! This property has excellent customer service which was very receptive and prompt to address any questions we had. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was definitely a luxury experience unlike most stays I've ever done, 10/10 no notes on the hotel itself, the staff and amenities were bespoke. Breakfast was custom made to my liking and brought on a cart in the morning at a time of my choosing. Unbelievably good food and the lady working the desk was very charming. Word of caution, however: it is the highest up apartment in the entire city, maybe the entire country and the hotel is limited to the private access top floor of a new skyscraper of mostly corporate offices. At night, it was likely that my (city facing/partial ocean view) hotel room was the only one lit up in the tower and since the walls --including the bathroom-- are all glass, everything inside rather stands out and there no real privacy without curtains drawn. At some point, shortly after returning back at around midnight, someone somewhere in the city who noticed my arrival to the hotel room started blasting the apartment with a high powered laser pointer until I closed the curtains. That aside, it was a remarkably nice stay, the only concern is that its wildly ostentatious for better or for worse and maybe the locals aren't too pleased with that haha. I would stay here again.

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights, great location property needs better upkeep and cleanliness, lots of bugs inside, staff was not very helpful and communicated poorly about how to access the property. Overall 3 out of 5 at best.

Emma at the front desk went well above to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She made sure our room was well away from the large tour groups also using the facility. Indeed, we hardly noticed the other guests. She also made sure our spa and massage reservations were correct, even changing one to accomodate our changing schedule.. On another day, I stopped to ask where to find an odd size coin battery and the receptnist turned in her seat and said, "you mean like this?" And handed me the correct battery, she then declined to charge me for it. It didn't stop there as the bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff all went above and beyond to be helpful. The spa facilities were very relaxing with two separate hot tubs, a sauna and first class massage therapy services. Tour busses have difficulty navigating the narrow city streets, so there is an organized tour bus stop, #17, a very short walk away, in front of the Maratime Museum, a gateway to the wonders of the far north country. In summary, highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night.

Fantastic property, staff were exceptional. Ivan, Eric, and Rachel were outstanding and made the trip even better.

Gorgeous location with geothermal springs, right at the back of town. Appreciated the hot tubs. Excellent food at the restaurant with beautiful views. The rooms (cabins) and the restaurant are a bit dated, and it wasn’t clear from the advertisement that they were cabin lodging with outside access.
