The staff needs to improve the way they treat the customers, suggestions for the hotel please add signs with the time that snack bar, pool, the bar for the alcohol drinks is open-closed, and remember that customers go to the hotel to have a great time since that they are spending they money.

Rooms were clean, and the mini fridge was restocked daily with beer, water, and soda, which was a nice touch.
My only complaint is the reservation system it shows restaurants as “sold out” within minutes, yet when you arrive, many tables are empty. This definitely needs improvement.
The Japanese restaurant was our favorite and absolutely worth trying. However, I would recommend avoiding Salvadors, as our food was undercooked and unfortunately made us sick.
One other suggestion would be to have an additional bartender at the adults-only hot tub / pool bar, as service can be quite slow with only one bartender.

Barcelo is such an amazing place to stay. Everything from rooms to food and service is 100 percent on point and more. This is the best place I've stayed at so far. They have everything to deliver a wonderful vacation time to customers. The beach is beautiful in this area. I'll definitely be back as much as I can. Barcelo is such a paradise. I recommend 1000 percent.

Resort was very quiet past 10pm. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Food was decent from what i tried but we mainly ate off the resort. The pool gets packed and more chairs would be useful but overall great stay. Would come back here
