Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape.

It was a good stay overall. It would have been nice to know that there is a night club in the hotel lobby that is open every night of the week. Which you can hear in the middle of the night on the 8th floor. Also that they advertise massages but actually don’t have any when you get there and the hot tubs don’t work. I gave it a 4 because everything else was as advertised and the staff is friendly.

It’s pretty good value for money, got a free upgrade as Platinum member. Free airport transfer is a bonus. Hotel is modern and clean although a little glitzy for my taste. Beware the usual ++ on the menu meaning tax and service added on changing the price from reasonable to almost extortionate. Food quality good.

I'm from the USA. Wife is Thai national. We chose this property, returning from a holiday in Phuket, due to it's location near some shopping my wife was wanting to do. Way more than I was expecting. Would rate this property a 9.75 out of 10. Only drawback was having to take 2 different elevators to get to our room. I believe this property is a mixed hotel/condo property. Off the beaten path so to speak, but plenty of food options within walking distance, and a mall within 6 blocks. Breakfast buffet was extremely busy, even at 7am. I'm from the USA, so I'm use to "waiting for my turn", unlike some other nationalities that will butt in line. (from my experiences) Overall I would definitely recommend this property. Staff and stay were phenomenal!
