Absolutely beautiful Property. Rosa is honestly the best host we’ve ever had. Her and the staff are very attentive. We are vegetarian and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The property absolutely beautiful. It is one of the few swimmable beaches in El Salvador. The pool pool is stunning and watching the sunset from there is breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with the super thin walls and our room was an even number which over looked the pool, but on Saturday we heard the music from the clubs and bars which sucked when I wanted to go to bed. We tried to order room service and no one answered so my husband went to the lobby, but the gave us two free drinks at Strikers which made up for it, good food and service there. Drinks were good. The pool was too cold so we never got in but we did enjoy the spa. The hot tub was fun for us. Now considering that, why is it a four. Well my Husband and I loved it. The staff was super friendly, kind and informative. It felt like an all inclusive resort with the premium perk, so if you are considering it, get it. The food options were so goooood and I am a picky eater. The views were nice. The hotel is in a perfect area for walking and tons of options for restaurants, drinks and shopping.

The room and the resort were fantastic, but the staff needs more hospitality training. Check-in was not very organized, and it took a lot of time. I felt like I had to go through a loophole for most things. Despite that, the resort had an amazing ambiance and was great overall.
