Our interaction was mostly with the front desk and the restaurant personnel. I must say the front desk went above and beyond un making our stay extremely successful. Tours they guided us well and even gave recommendations on a super view of the eclipse. Although the hotel is listed as a 4☆, they consistently performed at a 5☆ level. The food prepared for us was simply amazing.

Beautiful finca

Super spot close to playa de palma beach. staff wonderful. Only disappointment was when there was no food available at the hotel (between 3-6:15). food from outside can not be eaten in public areas. Completely understand when the hotel has its own menu available but seems an unfair rule if not.

10/10 stay! The hotel was extremely clean and in a great location. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights. The AC worked incredibly well and kept the room nice and cold, which was especially appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Veldig fint sted, hyggelige ansatte og god mat.

Positivt: God frokost med godt utvalg og middagen var også bra med varierede mat hver dag. Rent og fint, samt hyggelig personale. Negativt: Veldig varmt i «matsalen». Svetter mens man sitter å spiser. Var også ganske varmt på rommene selv om vi skrudde ned så mye som mulig og hadde viftene på fult. Termostaten viste 25-27 grader hver dag inne på rommet.

Super séjour, excellent emplacement au calme mais à deux pas de la mer, personnel hyper sympa. Seul bémol non annoncé, hôtel entièrement non fumeur, mais au final on s'accommode et tout se passe pour le mieux ! Merci à toute l'équipe

The facilities are very dated. The shower area has no light which is quite creepy when you take shower. Ants on the table. Almost wanted to shorten my stay. But the reception staffs were nice.
