卡夫雷拉滑雪假期

Los equipos de aire acondicionado no funcionan, la habitación después de 7 horas seguía en 29.5grados. Habían hormigas en la habitación y no tienen suficiente personal en la recepción. Tuvimos que cancelar la reserva e irnos a otro hotel a las 11 de la noche, fué bastante incómodo.

The property was great. Beautiful and spacious rooms. The food was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is not great if you don’t rent a car. It’s a long walk in the heat and there is no shop on the prensáis for basic groceries etc. that was the only slight problem on the place. Recommend and would definitely go again.

Great trip! Hotel in a lovely location

The staff were incredible and very helpful and kind. Alex was great. The hotel is right next to a beautiful beach, which was great. The rooms are like apartments and are a bit difficult to get to, but they were clean. The air conditioning in them doesn’t work too well (rooms were extremely hot when we arrived and only went down 1 degree after an entire day of the air being on). This is a FAMILY RESORT so there are many kids around.
