We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without any explanation. It was a late and tire night, if we have enough energy, we would definitely not stay in this hotel. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

大堂非常漂亮，房间也不错，但我觉得对于四个人而言略微小了一点。酒店工作人员非常好，简直是棒呆了。下次来还会住这里。

Booked 5 days in this hotel, look, 5 days, 5 days, no one from the cleaning staff came to clean my room, on the 4th day, I called the front desk and asked someone to come to my room, but sadly, the cleaner just brought new towels and took away the dirty trash, that's it, didn't take away the dirty towels, on the 5th day I didn't even have enough shower gel and shampoo, please don't book this hotel, please don't book this hotel, please don't book this hotel, go to Holliday inn
